Monica Söderström is a physiotherapist from Sweden and a certified Stott Pilates Instructor with over 25 years of experience helping individuals of all ages recover from and prevent injury through targeted pilates and functional training exercises. She is passionate about helping people improve posture, strength and flexibility, and loves working with individuals with osteoarthritis, sports injuries, neck pain and chronic pain.
