You can bring your kiddos to this free class and participate in an exercise class led by a trained professional.

Our pelvic floor physiotherapist and strength and conditioning specialist will tailor this 45-minute exercise class to help deal with the many conditions related to pelvic floor postpartum such as pain, prolapse, diastasis recti, and incontinence.

Meet Your Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist and Strength and Conditioning Specialist

Your physiotherapist will guide you through an exercise class that allows you to connect with your core and pelvic floor in order to feel stronger and reduce leakage, pain, prolapse, and diastasis recti. She will help you understand your body better post partum and know what the next steps are for you!

Start Feeling Better After This Free Mommy and Me Exercise Class

This 45-minute exercise class will be stroller friendly, so you’re welcome to bring your little one with you. It’s tailored to new moms with kiddos 0-2 years old. It will be a beginner strength and conditioning class, with modifications to make the exercises easier or harder depending on your fitness levels. There will be helpful tips and tricks on how to prevent leakage, pain, and abdominal separation. It will be a welcoming space to connect with new mom’s, and there will be an opportunity to ask questions to a pelvic floor physiotherapist and strength and conditioning specialist.

Spots are limited to the first 10 attendees so we can ensure proper guidance and form on the exercises and that each mom is getting the most out of the exercise class.
