We offer our Physiotherapists
- Guaranteed caseload: 5 new assessments per week.
- Structured clinical mentorship program with FCAMPT and advanced clinicians.
- Regular support in building and maintaining your caseload.
- Full administrative support — focus on patient care, not paperwork.
- 1:1 treatment model: 60-minute assessments, 30-minute follow-ups, no double booking.
- Compensation range: $85,000 – $140,000 (we’ll show you how!).
- $1000 annual education allowance.
- Remote access to charting for convenience.
- Monthly group in-services and ongoing professional development.
- Opportunities to work alongside in-house specialists (Sports Medicine Physicians, Physiatrist, Orthopaedic Surgeon).

Education: postgraduate degree
Qualifications:
- Registered Physiotherapist or Resident Physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
- All levels of experience welcome — NEW GRADS encouraged to apply!
- Professional liability insurance in good standing.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
Skills:
- Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills.
- Ability to provide a variety of treatment approaches (manual therapy, exercise prescription, modalities, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and team members.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.
- Adaptability, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-quality one-on-one physiotherapy care to patients of all ages and activity levels.
- Develop individualized treatment plans that help patients return to the activities they love.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including Sports Medicine Physicians, a Physiatrist, and an Orthopaedic Surgeon.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using clinic systems.
- Contribute to the positive, supportive culture of the clinic.
