Our Team

Lisa completed her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto in 2025, after earning an Honours Bachelor of Science with a specialization in Neuroscience and a major in Physiology. She is a member of both the Orthopaedic and Neuroscience Divisions of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.

Lisa has experience working in both hospital settings and private clinics, where she has developed a strong appreciation for the continuum of care across healthcare systems. She has a particular interest in bridging the gap between public healthcare and community-based rehabilitation to ensure clients receive consistent, comprehensive support throughout their recovery journey.

Lisa enjoys working with people of all ages and abilities—from children to older adults, weekend warriors to high-performance athletes. She takes pride in being a problem solver and collaborates closely with her clients to help them move pain-free, restore function, and return to the activities that matter most to them—whether that’s at home, in the workplace, in the community, or on the field.

Her clinical experience includes treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions at various stages of recovery, from acute injuries to chronic issues. She also has experience treating individuals with neurological conditions, including stroke, Parkinson’s disease, and post-operative spinal surgery. 

Lisa takes an active approach to treatment, incorporating manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, individualized exercise prescription, and client education. She believes in empowering her clients to take charge of their recovery and works with them to achieve their personal goals.

When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll likely find Lisa outdoors on a long city walk, out for a run, cycling, or relaxing at the park. A proud Toronto sports fan and tennis enthusiast, she also has a passion for baking and food photography—French macarons are her specialty!
